The home owner has been dealing with a failing sump pump for a long time and figured it was time for an upgrade. He had been dealing with a flooded basement for years. On some occasions it had flooded ankle deep. To solve the problem of the ground water seepage he contacted DryZone Basement Systems because of our ratings on BBB. 

This Marston Mills crawlspace was beautifully transformed with a SmartSump, Drainage Matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier and of course, a SaniDry to eliminate mositure from the air.

Many crawslpaces, that we deal with every day, looks like the photo on the left. Filled with dirt, falling insulation. Basically a catch-all for garbage and debris. We cleaned up this Hyannis crawlspace and installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SaniDry CX and on the right you can see the SmartSump which is where the SaniDry is being discharged to.

This customer in Barnstable, MA had a finished basement with a ground water problem. We came in to solve the problem which means we had to cut half way up the drywall (good thing, too, it was all moldy behind the painted side!) We installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter and replaced the drywall with our Everlast Wall Restoration. This panel is made of an inorganic material so there is no risk of mold every growing on it. The Everlast wall also comes with a 50-year warranty!
