On installation day, our foreman, Shawn, and his crew began with insulating the space with TerraBlock and SilverGlo. TerraBlock is used to insulate the floor while SilverGlo insulates the walls, they are both very effective when it comes to regulating the temperature in a crawl space. Next, they encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier which seals off the space and protects it from outside issues like water. To fix the structural issues that the homeowner was starting to see, the crew installed our SmartJacks. SmartJacks are strong beams made of galvanized steel that not only support the floor but can also be adjusted to reverse the sloping that has already occurred. Lastly, they set up our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep humidity in the space low. The homeowner now feels much better about their crawl space because it's protected by our products and successfully supporting their home!
