This dirt floor crawl space in Hull, MA was letting in moisture from the outside environment and causing an unpleasant odor in the main living level. There was also an issue of water also was accumulating atop of a DIY vapor barrier. To control the humidity levels more and eliminate the risk of mold growth and musty odors, DryZone encapsulated the whole interior with our patented CleanSpace vapor barrier. Our installation team also installed new SilverGlo foam board insulation throughout the crawlspace, and installed a SuperSump Plus to help control water intrusion. Now, this crawlspace is properly insulated and protected against moisture and musty odors!

A homeowner from New Bedford, MA wanted to maintain his crawlspace, but it was in rough condition. The insulation was falling apart and it felt damp down there.
