This crawlspace in Scituate, MA was very wet! The fiberglass insulation was soaked through and through, it looked like melted cotton candy on the crawlspace floor. The existing vapor barrier did nothing to improve the condition in the crawlspace. We removed all the debris from the crawlspace and wrapped it with a 20 mil vapor barrier called CleanSpace. We wrapped the piers and sprayed foam insulation in the rim joists. The difference is night and day!

This crawlspace was riddled with mold and water. The soaking wet fiberglass insulation was falling from the rim joists. DryZone came to this Sciutuate, MA property and installed a TripleSafe sump pump system to control the ground water, drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier and spray foam insulation.
