A property manager for a church in Middleboro, MA reached out to us when the basement of one of the church buildings needed waterproofing. Michael, one of our inspectors, went to the property to assess the basement and draw up a solution. MJ, one of our foremen, and his crew got to work of installation day. The property owner had described the basement to have an "underground river" when it rained, so the crew fully encapsulated the basement with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. They also installed our TripleSafe sump pump. The CleanSpace will direct all of the water that attempts to enter the space into the TripleSafe, which will then send it out through two discharge lines. When this customer in Acushnet, MA called our appointment center, he asked us to pretty much fix his crawlspace.
