This area in this basement located in Holden, MA was getting very wet every time there was a rainfall in town. The opening at the stairs allows as much water to creep into the cracks which caused water to create puddles in this spot. To prevent any more standing water, we installed a TrenchDrain to assist with the drainage in this basement. It's crucial to have a drainage channel in your basement so that water doesn't build up on the floor! 

This customer's basement in Ashby, MA was damp and subject to mold growth. Not only was the air humid, there was water seeping in through the walls causing damage to the paint. To make sure this basement stays dry and safe all year long, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump to get rid of the water seeping in and plugged in our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to lower the humidity down.
