This homeowner in Gardner, MA gave us a call because their basement would take on water in multiple areas when it rained. The walls, floor, and window ducts all needed attention so when our inspector, Nick, went to the home, he drew up a well rounded solution. For the walls, our crew installed our CleanSpace wall system to act as a vapor barrier. For the floor, they installed our WaterGuard drainage system and SuperSump Plus sump pump. For the window wells, the crew installed our WellDuct drainage system that directs any water the gets through the window into the WaterGuard. As seen in the "After" picture, our Sunhouse Window Enclosures were installed and they help to prevent a majority of rain from getting to the window. The homeowner now feels way more confident with their basement waterproofing system installed!

After a free estimate with our inspector, the crew was assigned the project in Gardner, MA of upgrading this sump pump system with a reliable system. A SuperSump Plus closed lid system took the place of the old open hole in the ground with a pump arrangement. The closed lid prolongs the pumps life, keeping the unit clean from dirt and debris, and the lid helps reduce moisture in the air of the basement.
