A home owner contacted us with concerns of water coming into their basement through two cracks in the wall. A Technicion went out and assessed the situation and knew FlexiSpan would be the best thing for the job.

Flexispan differs from other crack fillers or sealents in two major ways. First, Flexispan eliminates the use of messy expoxy injections and instead seals the crack with a flexible sealent that will stop water seeping through the crack. The other key factor in our Flexispan system is that it doesn't end with sealent. Our system uses an additional step to make sure that no seepage will make it pass the sealent. A second layer of  beveled foam is used, which would drain any small amount of additional seepage down into your drainage system or into a small drywell created under the basement floor. 

We used our three-part system, FlexiSpan, to repair this wall crack in a Lancaster, MA basement. The crack was leaking and now we have permanently sealed it- our system will not fail due to hydrostatic pressure or other movement in the foundation, nor from shifting in the crack itself. Flexispan completely seals the crack for a permanent solution. 

This basement in Hope Valley, RI was creating issues for this homeowner. The moisture getting into this basement caused some of the wood to rot which is never a good sign. Wood rot can get severe to a point where it weakens the support it provides to the floor above. To prevent further moisture intrusion, we covered the interior walls with CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier! 

A customer of ours reached out after seeing that we had basement flooring options they were considering for their Hope Valley, RI basement. Our inspector brought some samples and showed them the product, going over the benefits to the Elite Plank Flooring and how it creates a thermal break between the concrete floor to keep the surface warmer. The flooring is also made of inorganic materials, meaning no buckling or warping if moisture is present!
