This wet basement in Millville, MA had a sump pump system from another company that he didn’t fully trust, he was renovating and wanted to be confident his basement wouldn’t see the water it was before. When our inspector met with the owner, he was able to educate them on how water usually gets in and what our system would do to fix the issue. Our crew installed a TripleSafe sump pump in place of the previous system which includes a battery-operated backup pump in case of any power outages, instilling confidence in the owners new system!

A homeowner in Millville, MA needed a more reliable sump pump for his unfinished basement. The current sump he had was old and was not functioning during a super heavy rainstorm due to a power outage. Luckily, our TripleSafe sump pump was able to replace his old one, providing his basement with triple the protection against lots of water and power outages due to the backup electrical pump it comes with! 

This homeowner in Marlborough, MA was not in the best state of mind after seeing water on his basement floor. During a heavy rainstorm, water kept trickling into this basement, and it was really piling up at the doorway where the bulkhead is! This area was building up a lot of surface water, so our TrenchDrain system will collect the seepage with its grated design! 

For this Mendon, MA install, Waterguard was added around the basement to collect any water seeping in and leading that water to the sump system installed. The Waterguard sits below the floor's surface, with just a small bit visible if you look very closely. We jack up the floor for the install but then concrete over it for a nice and smooth finish. In this before and after, minus the wet new concrete, there isn’t really much of a visible difference. The drain is not an eyesore and won’t interfere or take up space in your basement.

This old system in Mendon, MA was failing and could not keep up with the water flowing in and needed a new and improved system that could, that’s where DryZone steps in!
