This stone foundation and concrete floor, unfinished basement in Narragansett, RI was in need of some help when it came to keeping the space waterproofed and dry. Our team recommended and installed our WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and SuperSump plus sump pump system to help rectify issues with flooding happening in the wall/floor joint along the foundation, and leaks from the stone walls. 

The system in this Narragansett, RI home was outdated and unreliable, it was time for an upgrade! The team worked with the customer to create an action plan, and then execute, the upgrade. A TripleSafe sump pump system replaced the existing, small pump in a hole. The closed lid keeps debris out and increases the longevity of the pump. The old dehumidifier that needed to be emptied every day was now a SaniDry Sedona, the world's most powerful dehumidifier for its size and empties right into the sump pump, so there's no extra work needed for it to run besides turning it on! 

The SuperSump is installed in the low spot of this house in Franklin, MA! It will be able to pump out all water collected. 

If there are obstacles in the way of completing the full perimeter system we don't just give up. We can go around obstacles and do our best to protect the entire area.

Sometimes a full perimeter system is not enough to ensure protection against water. An artery is defined as an important route in a system of roads. The artery is designed to carry water from anywhere else in the middle of the floor towards the perimeter so it can be directed to the sump pump.
