So we killed 2 birds with 1 stone by raising and stabilizing this floor using our SmartJack floor support system and then we fully encapsulated the floor with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture seepage! Now, with a stable floor and a dry crawl space, this homeowner was relieved to have called us for help! 

When this homeowner from Dennis Port, MA reached out to us, he told us that his living room floor had an area of concern. It was sagging down due to a weak support structure below.
