This customer in Weston, MA wasn't too thrilled when he saw water flooding into his partially finished basement. He did own a sump pump, but he wouldn't have called us if his sump pump was reliable! Turns out, his system wasn't even engaging so it was time to move on. With the help of our inspectors suggestion and the installment by our production team, we were able to replace this faulty sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump! Why is this system more reliable? It's equipped with 3 pumps, consists of a backup battery for power outages and is warrantied by us! 

This customer from Wellesley, MA wanted to have a vapor barrier installed onto her basement walls because pf how humid it felt down there. During rain season in the spring, it can get very humid at times, and that can translate into the basement. When moisture is constantly seeping through the walls, it can build up and cause mold growth. To prevent this, we lined up the walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, which is our thick, polyethylene material that keeps moisture out! 

This Seekonk, MA home was dealing with some seeping water coming from the edges of the walls. To help with this we installed Waterguard drainage system to collect the water and lead it to the sump pump system. After the install process is complete and the cement dries, you can barely even tell the drain is there besides a small opening along the wall to collect the seepage.

This homeowner wanted to dry up his damp and nasty crawlspace after realizing his insulation was falling apart. Not only that, the old insulation was holding in moisture which is never a good sign for any homeowner! We responded to the problem by sending a production crew to clean out all the old insulation and applied CleanSpace vapor barrier onto the walls to prevent any moisture from breaking in.
