Our "small" Dry Zone Basement project was completed 6/1, and included a ditch of about 18 feet plus a two pump "bucket" (including a battery backup). The job was completed in one day and the three workers, led by Dan, did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything and I did not tape/wrap with plastic, and installed the outflow pipe very well. We are very pleased with the Dry Zone service and recommend this company to anyone needing a professional installer to resolve a wet basement. Peter, Wellesley, MA

My entire experience with DryZone has been great, from the sales pitch from Joe, the office interaction, to the install with Steve and Ron. I was a little hesitant to move forward with the project due to the cost and work that needed to be done. After working with Jay/Dan and the crew, I'm extremely pleased we moved forward. The basement looks great and we're excited to start the finishing process.

Ryan conducted the annual maintenance today and I couldn't me more satisfied. He provided great information on sump pump and things to look for during rainy seasons that could problematic.  Additionally, he did an exceptional job with removing the temporary tapped ice guard (that had the water back flow issue),  and rebuilt a permanent ice guard that looks very professional. He also redirected the discharge towards the drywell that's located in front of my street to allow better water discharge away from the house that significantly reduced the water pooling in my yard.  Please pass on to your supervisor the outstanding work by Ryan today and how appreciative I am for his professionalism and problem solving skills to correct the issue I had with the ice guard.  Regards, Romel
