Just wanted to say that Andy was great. No pressure, just information. Because there was no pressure, we felt better about choosing the solution. Again, the crew was the best, We ere initially told that the job probably would take 2 days, and that's what we planned for. They even mentioned that it could take three due to our access to the basement was complicated. But the crew that showed up was professional, quick, clean and very good. We were very impressed. They finished that day! When they left we wouldn't have even known they were there accept for the work they did. They did a fantastic job. Just want to say again that we are very happy. Very pleased with the system and the professional crew. 

100% professional service and work from start to finish. No more smell from the damp crawl space, the floors are warmer. Our furnace runs less frequently and shuts off quicker. Jay was great. Explained every step of the process and the materials that would be used. Our crawl space is only 18" high, but he didn't hesitate to squeeze in to take 'before pictures' and to be sure the crew could reach every corner. He came the first day to make sure the crew was on time. The installation crew was Incredible! Very careful not to damage foundation plantings, polite, thorough, called before arrival and were on time. They took pictures of the completed work with our camera as we requested. As promised, another crew member who was tall and thin came in a few days to reach a corner the other guys couldn't.

Our sump pump was installed yesterday and it looks great.  Scott was home for part of the morning yesterday and wanted to let you know what a great experience it was.  The two men that came over were great �very professional, worked so hard, provided him with plenty of information.�  We are both very happy!
