I had a truly positive experience from the first phone call to the completion of the work. The representative was pleasant, patient and was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the basement system. He was thorough in explaining to us what we needed and why. He was not at all pushy and trying to sell us anything we didn't need. He explained the process from beginning to end and at that point we were convinced that this was the right company for us. The office person was also extremely pleasant and was willing to help answer any questions we had after the initial visit. The appointment was made and when the guys came they got right to work and did they all worked together as a team. There was no standing around wondering what to do next. It was all planned out beforehand and the work was done in one day. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and I am confident I won't have to worry during the next torrential rain storm. The system is in place. Only time will tell.

This was a great Experience all around. We never felt as though we were being "sold".  All of our options were given and our sales guy Tom. He helped us make the right decision for us at this time. The Whole Dry Zone team was great from the salesman to the office, and especially the installation crew.

The DryZone crew was efficient, neat and wasted no time! The salesmen was excellent. I appreciated the phone calls from the crew and the salesman concerning their arrival times.
