The entire process went about as quickly as I could reasonably expect. My phone contacts all were clear and competent. James was careful, worked well with me, was clear on the details. A pleasure to work with. James was clear on diagnosis and on what options I had. James showed me all he was doing and explained the situation well.  Since the choice was to replace my broken unit with a new one on his truck, he was able and willing to take the old unit away. That saved me a lot of trouble, since I didn't have to load the unit into my car, take it to the dump, and pay a dump fee. That greatly eased my situation.

Josh, Josh & Chris arrived at the time they said and got to work right away on a very cold morning, tackling what I felt was a very challenging task.  I provided them with an electrical outlet for their lights and a couple space heaters to warm up in front of occasionally when they needed to take a quick break from the fun of crawling around in the cold underground.  When Josh said they would probably be done around 3:00 PM I thought he meant for the day, but he said the whole installation would be done today and it was.  I'm sorry my having to reschedule so often put it on the coldest day of the season, but other than being chilled to the bone they sounded like they enjoy their work and work well together.
