Their ad lead us in a direction to start our research, which ultimately lead us to contacting their office. My sales representative was very informative, and supplied us with an accurate quote of what work would be done. The installation crew arrived on time, was very courteous, and did an awesome job at cleaning up. More than expected! We are very satisfied with the job, and amazed on how quickly the work was completed.

I heard about your company from an ad on TV, as well as a nearby home where work was in progress. When I called NBS, the office staff was very courteous and helpful. Our inspector Dennis had an excellent presentation, and answered all of my questions. With the recommendations from previous customers, we chose NBS. When it came time to install, not only did the crew arrive on time, but they were very courteous and efficient. They did an excellent job! I would highly recommend your company.

I first heard of Northland Basement Systems after receiving a post card from them in the mail. The office staff was very courteous and helpful, as well as our representative Dennis who did a great job explaining everything. The crew arrived on time and started immediately. They were very courteous and cleaned up before leaving. There was a pinhole leak in the dry-trac after job completed, and Tim repaired it as soon as he was notified. He did a wonderful job of explaining and I am very impressed with his professional manner. 

My experience with the crew at Northland Basement Systems was great! They were very accommodating and flexible to our needs, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. They took the time to explain how the project would be done, how long, and what needed to be done on completion. The prep and clean up was great! Very good project, the office was helpful, and the crew was very professional. 

I went with Northland Basement Systems for my basement waterproofing needs because of the professional feeling i got from them.  The installation crew that worked here made me feel safe being in the house alone with them - which is a big deal for a mom at home alone with her child.  The Basements Dry, which is wonderful.  Thanks Guys :)

Representative did a clear, Informative, and Professional Presentation.  Crew arrived on time was courteous and cleaned everything up upon completion.  We are very satisfied, noticeable difference in humidity in our cabin.  Good Investment!

Office staff was very nice.  Crew arrived on time, walked me through the job and got to work.  Very good workers, didnt stop till the job was complete. Very good clean up, except for the floor being level again, you would never have known they were there.  It was nice to see all of you young people take pride in your jobs. Good work attitudes and hard work is what makes America great.
