PowerBraces are designed to permanently stabilize your homes foundation. This home had some water coming in and it was quite obvious the wall was bowing inward. These beams are zinc coated so they will not rust and they are made of steel. The system can be tightened over time as the wall moves. These braces also require no extensive digging or drilling so it's a great option.

Chester's basement was literally being supported by a stack of cinder blocks. The steel girders that make up the foundation of his home was sitting on a stack of dangerous blocks.  If those blocks were to slip his house could potentially cave into his home.

To fix this our team installed SmartJacks to replace the the cinder blocks. SmartJacks are steel beams placed in small hole filled with ebbles for extra support. Each jack can hold up to 60,000 lbs and they are the only permanent solution to foundation support issues.

The main floor joist in this small cabin was failing due to a rotting wooden support post. We replaced the post with SmartJack steel support posts to stabilize and lift the floor back to its original position.
