Kathie had noticed water was seeping into her crawl space through the entrance. Kathie contacted Ayers and set up a home inspection to explore her options. An Ayers specialist determined that The Turtl Cover would be perfect for her home! The Turtl is a durable, plastic crawl space access well that provides a water-tight seal into the crawl space. Kathie was thrilled that she no longer needed to worry about water leaking into the crawl space through the entrance!

Sharon had water in her basement that was getting the carpet damp so she wanted it addressed before other issues arose. We installed a sump pump to get rid of the water, the WaterGuard Drain System to collect the water, and the SaniDry XP to keep the area dry as well as filter the air. 

Leilani had been experiencing water issues within her home's basement for some time and with the wet spring season ahead, Leilani wanted to ensure her home was protected.

After evaluating the basement, it was evident that for it to stay dry, we would need to install a full basement waterproofing system. Our WaterGuard® directs water coming into the basement floor into our TripleSafe™ sump pump to remove the water and discharge it a safe distance outside away from the house. During freezing temperatures the water discharged from the home will freeze and expand within the pipes, so our IceGuard® serves as a mechanism to block off water from re-entering the tube and instead, allows for a secondary exit point. Lastly, our CleanSpace® helped make the water damaged walls not only appear bright and clean, but provides a safe water vapor barrier so that moisture can no longer enter. 

Mark and Susan are preparing to make their Michigan lake house their full-time home on Garver Lake. Wanting to ensure the home was safe and structurally sound before the move, they reached out to Ayers for help. We installed SmartJack® support posts to stabilize their sagging floors and encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace® vapor barrier, sealing out moisture and improving air quality. Mark and Susan can look forward to a worry-free transition into lake life with these permanent solutions.

Toby's basement lacked a sump pump, making it susceptible to water leaks. He called our team at Ayers, so we sent a crew to determine the best pump. We recommended our TripleSafe sump pump system for triple protection. The first pump will eliminate most of the water, the second is for backup as needed, and the third is battery-operated. With the battery-operated pump, he will never have to worry about it not working during power outages. Toby's basement will stay protected from heavy volumes of water during downpours!
