Janet was scooping standing water off her basement floor after every storm. We sent a team of experts to her home, and they recommended replacing her old sump pump with the TripleSafe pump. TripleSafe includes three separate pumps: the primary, a backup, and a battery-powered backup in case of power outages. Janet loves having more free time and less scooping!

Laura's St. Joseph, MI home, built by her father in the 1960s, had always been dry until a recent summer storm caused basement flooding. Phil came to us to waterproof his home and keep it dry. This home has been in his family for 70 years and he wants to keep it intact for many more years to come. There was water all over the basement and he knew the home would not last if the problem was not addressed. We installed the WaterGuard Below Floor Drain to collect water that leaks in and send it to the sump pump to be expelled outside the home. We also installed the SuperSump Plus to keep the water out of the basement. This sump pump is great if there is occasional water issues and will keep the basement dry for extended periods of time even in cases of heavy water intrusion! 

Kris's home was built in the early 1900s and the basement had an unprotected dirt floor. He noticed water puddles forming in the basement after the snow melted. He called up Ayers for a professional waterproofing job. After we inspected his basement, we determined our CleanSpace Wall System and TripleSafe Sump Pump System would work best. Our CleanSpace Wall System uses a poly sheet material to cover the basement foundation walls and provide a vapor barrier. We placed CleanSpace on the floor as well to separate his home from the moist ground so this excess moisture wouldn't lead to mold or bacteria. It is also made from a thick, waterproof material to prevent puddles. We even added our TripleSafe Sump Pump System to ensure water stays off his floor with this three-pump system. Kris was thrilled to get the much needed protection for his home!

A customer reached out to us for an estimate on an Egress Window in their basement. The new Egress Window was a much needed improvement from what they had previously. Egress Windows are important to allow natural light into the basement and provides a much cleaner appearance in any basement.
