Phil gave us a call about water leaks in his rental home. He knew a new waterproofing solution was needed so we sent out an Ayers crew for inspection. Our Ayers System Design Specialist decided that our WaterGuard System and our TripleSafe Sump Pump System would be a great fit. 

WaterGuard is a sub-floor drainage system that will catch water and dirt and keep it away from your foundation. The water will be directed to your sump pump system. Concrete is then poured over top to conceal it. Next, we installed the TripleSafe which is a three pump system that fits in one liner. The first pump takes care of most of the water and the second is there for backup. The third will turn on if the others fail in a power outage emergency, as it is battery-operated. 

Phil was relieved to get this waterproofing system installed, taking care of all those pesky water leaks!

Gary's old sump pump recently failed, and he found water leaking onto his basement floor. He didn't want the problem to worsen, or his belongings ruined, so he researched his options and called Ayers for help. Our crew of specialists visited his home to assess the issue and recommended the installation of the TripleSafe sump pump. TripleSafe is designed to proactively prevent pump failure by including two backup pumps, one of which is battery-powered in case of outages. Gary feels much more comfortable with his new system!

To give Keith a solution for the water leaking into his basement, our team headed to his home to install our TripleSafe sump pump system. TripleSafe consists of three pumps that fit in one durable liner. The first pump will do most of the work, the second is there if any backup is needed, and the final pump is battery-operated, so it stays on during power outages. Water damage will no longer accumulate in Keith's basement!

This Arcadia, MI, family struggled with water pooling in their garage, creating hazardous ice patches in the winter. We sent experts who realized the slanting was due to the angled floorboards in her crawl space. Our specialists decided the best solution was the SmartJacks supplemental support system. SmartJacks are hot dipped in galvanized steel, zinc-plated, and built to hold heavy loads, unlike other floor jacks. Cathy is happy to have balance in her life once again!
