Steven noticed that his floor was not connected to the wall and the floor joists were taking in water. They has some leaks and had water on their wood floor boards. He called us to find a solution to the water issue. We installed the WaterGuard System to their home to keep the water off their floors and to drain it out of the house. The WaterGuard is a French drain that is installed below the floor slab, on top of the foundation footing to keep it out of the area where drains can clog. The system collects water from the walls and drains it to your sump pump. The system installs quickly and has a clean finish.

Wanda had puddles in her basement and water had been compin up through the floor. Her basement is partically finished but the area where there was water was not finished. She wanted a solution to have a dry basement but also wanted to make sure the finished part of her basment didn't get ruined. We installed the WaterGuard system to keep the water out of her basement. Lee called Ayers looking for an Egress Window so he could begin the basement remodeling process and to stop the window well leaks he was currently dealing with. With the Egress Window he will no longer have to worry about leaks as this is a sturdy, waterproof window with a huge well on the exterior as well as a lid that keeps outside pests out. This window is larger which allows more natural light to shine through, making the space appear bigger and more inviting. This is also an important safety measure to consider because these windows provide a safe exit in emergency situations which is crucial for him since he wants to finish his basement. Lee was ecstatic with the new finished look the Egress Window brought to his basement!

Kurt realized his basement windows didn't open wide enough for an escape from the inside. This was a serious safety hazard, so he researched his options and called Ayers for help. This couple was in the middle of redoing a lake home in Irons, MI. With only the basement left to tackle, they gave us a call. The previous block walls were leaking and maybe just a bit too bright in color. With plans to sell the house after the remodel, they figured why not handle the leakage and change colors all at once.
