As water was seeping into her home, Carole sought a solution for her egress window. Carole decided to contact Ayers and set up an inspection for her home. This home, over 100 years old, had sagging floors and a noticeable drop around the staircase. After the work was completed, new steel posts were installed on concrete footings to reinforce the main beam and reduce the floor bounce. The posts were carefully positioned to avoid any existing wiring or ducts. The result is a stabilized floor with improved support, meeting the homeowner's needs without causing any visible damage. 

Kevin's kitchen floor was slanted for as long as he could remember. He started several at-home projects to fix the issue, including box-brand floor jacks, but nothing worked, so he called Ayers.
