Our specialists stopped by and recommended installing EverLast doors. Crawl space doors are often constructed of plywood or similar materials that fail to eliminate moisture. The EverLast door is made from a durable plastic that will not shrink, crack, or warp under certain conditions. Christine is happy to have a dry crawl space!

Charlene was looking into options for waterproofing that would resolve the water intrusion that would puddle in the corner of her basement. She decided that Ayers had what she was looking for so she gave us a call. We had a crew come out to her home for an inspection where we determined our WaterGuard System would effectively get rid of the water. This is a sub-floor drainage system that collects water coming in through the walls and directs it to the sump pump. We install this drain around the perimeter of the basement and pour concrete over top so it will blend with the space when it dries. Charlene was happy to get a solution that will protect her belongings from getting soaked!

Rory realized his basement windows didn't open wide enough for an escape from the inside. This was a serious safety hazard, so he researched his options and called Ayers for help. Our crew of experts stopped by his house and evaluated the space. They recommended installing an egress window for easy escapes during emergencies. Egress windows are built to hold back heavy soil and water and include a polycarbonate safety cover designed to be stepped on without breaking. Having an emergency exit is a big weight off Rory's shoulders!

Gabriel was looking to sell his home within the next few years, but he has been experiencing water in his basement. In order to fix his water intrusion issues he called our team and we installed TripleSafe along with a few other systems. TripleSafe is a Sump Pump system that’s main goal is to keep your basement dry. This system provides ultimate protection because it has three pumps within the system and one of them is battery powered. The battery powered pump allows the system to work even during power outages. Therefore, Gabriel won’t need to worry about his basement flooding even during heavy storms.

The couple had no sump pump in place which meant that incoming water had no drainage outlet. Standing water continued to do damage to their finished basement. While an egress window is required by law in a basement bedroom, it also brings in much needed light into an otherwise dark basement. We installed two egress windows for the family. The accompanying window wells are made up of one piece so it will not collapse from backfill or allow water to leak through the well walls. It is also engineered for safety and includes a built in ladder for easy escape.
