Ayers transformed the space by installing a CleanSpace vapor barrier and drainage matting, creating a protective seal that prevents moisture from entering. Building code requires an egress window in a basement bedroom, but they are often a desired feature in any finished basement or even unfinished spaces because they let light into a normally dark room.

The owners of this home in Petoskey, MI were looking for a solution to keeping their basement dry and stopping wall leaks. So, we provided them with WaterGuard.
