A musty smell was lingering in Wendy’s house that was coming from her crawl space. The smell from the crawl space was making her son’s allergies act up. So Wendy called our team and we insulated her rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now flow is restricted keeping moisture and unwanted allergens out. Therefore, musty smells won't be drifting around Wendy's house and her son's allergies will be better.

Jeff and Pam were looking to install an egress window and well. Once the team at Ayers had conducted an inspection, they reviewed the results with the couple.
