Water was entering Moses’s crawl space through the walls so he called our team. He was looking for encapsulation options and we installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient crawl space, but it also gives your crawl space a clean finish. This material will be applied to your floors and walls to create a sleek look and an uninterrupted barrier.

BrightWall panels provide many benefits to a basement. The panels are inorganic and waterproof stopping any water vapor, mold or mildew growth, and any potential warping. Many homeowners take advantage of BrightWall as the panels can save your basement from serious water damage and it's a quick way to brighten up your basement giving it a more finished look. 

A customer from South Bend called us about her wet and gross crawl space. We gave her a free estimate and decided to install CleanSpace technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. This liner was combined with CleanSpace vent covers to insulate and seal the air out. Now this crawl space will be clean and dry forever.
