Water was entering a customer's basement so she called our team for help. We installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent any more water intrusion. This system acts as a vapor and moisture barrier by using a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system was perfect for this homeowner and put a stop to all water intrusion into his basement immediately.

Thomas had done previous work with us but this time called us to encapsulate his crawl space. During the winter he was getting cats in there and the whole area was starting to stink. We installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to keep water vapor and humidity from entering the space. By doing this, it also closed off the crawl space from the outside making sure no more animals or insects could get in. We also installed the SaniDry Sedona which has a powerful motor to keep dry air circulating throughout the crawl space to dry it out. By keeping pests and water out of the area, the smells, mold, and rot are also kept out!

Thomas’ home was struggling to keep up with humidity. The Humidity was contributing greatly to allergens and mold growth in his home, something that isn’t good for the health of people in the home. To clean up the air and get the moisture under control, our team came out and installed CleanSpace and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The SaniDry Sedona is more powerful than any other dehumidifier and drains automatically so you don't have to worry about emptying the water yourself. It will control the humidity and make sure to stop mold growth, kill dust mites, and make your whole house healthier. CleanSpace is an uninterrupted vapor barrier designed to keep out any unwanted pests, moisture, and mold. This barrier restricts airflow and therefore makes controlling the temperature of the home much easier. CleanSpace is applied to the floors and walls and wrapped around pillars and piers carefully to ensure that the space looks clean and refreshed. Now Thomas can be sure he’s breathing in healthy and there is no moisture contributing to the deterioration of his home. 

Our customer called with a soft spot in her floor that made her worry about the state of the crawl space. We encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, which will protect it from water damage (which can cause soft spots by warping support beams) and installed a new door cover and a SaniDry dehumidifier to keep the space dry.

Rodney and his wife want to sell their home soon but have some standing water in the crawl space. They would like the crawl space sealed off and cleaned before guests arrive for the 4th of July but are excited to have the area moisture and odor free for the new homeowners. We used Drainage Matting and CleanSpace liner to keep the space dry and protect the home from mold, rot, and odors. The Drainage Matting gives the water a channel to flow through to get to the sump pump. The liner keeps out the moisture and pests but also has an additive the prevents mold growth.
