A homeowner had water intrusion in her storage space so she called our team. We installed CleanSpace in order to keep water out. CleanSpace is a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient crawl space, but it also gives your crawl space a clean finish. This material will be applied to your floors and walls to create a sleek look and an uninterrupted barrier.

Sharon was trying to find a good system to seal up her crawl space so she gave Ayers a call. Our professionals came out for an inspection and went forward with our CleanSpace and Drainage Matting installation.

Our CleanSpace solution is great for crawl spaces as it is made of a thick, durable, plastic liner with a vapor barrier property that protects against moisture and water development. Excess moisture and water in your crawl space can lead to mold and bacteria development which can impact the wood support works below your home. Before this liner is installed around your crawl space we install our Drainage Matting. This will catch water and direct the flow to your sump system in the floor of your crawl space.

A family in Cassoplis, MI began to notice their energy bills going up and thought it was because of their unkept crawl sapce.
