Steve had various issues within his Michigan-style basement. Water appeared to seep into the basement and pool up, adding other complications. Steve grew tired of the basement and finally decided to call Ayers. An inspection of his home was done, and it concluded that water appeared to be seeping into the house through the foundation. Thus, the team at Ayers suggested installing CleanSpace.

CleanSpace utilizes a heavy-duty, durable plastic liner that lines the entirety of the basement or crawlspace. The liner creates a vapor barrier as any water that comes into the home will run behind the liner and to a sump pump.
