This customer in Battle Creek, MI called us about a crawlspace that needs to be cleaned up and lifted. After our professional free inspection of the crawlspace, we recommended our patented CleanSpace encapsulation system and  our SmartJack crawlspace stabilizer. CleanSpace keeps the crawlspace dry and prevents any cold air from coming in. The SmartJack provides supplemental support to your failing structure and can often lift failing floor joists or beams, putting them back into their original position.

The crawlspace in the before photo had been dealing with quite a few moisture issues. Water would leak in through the concrete walls or through the dirt floor. Both are very porous and make it easy for moisture to cause foundation problems. The solution in the after photo is our CleanSpace system. CleanSpace is an impenetrable vapor barrier that won’t allow leaking water to pass through. CleanSpace is durable and can be used to cover both floor and wall, as seen in the after photo. The liner will prevent moisture from ever entering again.
