A customer from Rapid City needed help with their less than exceptional crawlspace. The wanted to update it an they called the professionals to do just the job. We inspected his home and decided to install our CleanSpace technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. Now, this homeowner won't have to worry about a messy and damp crawlspace ever again.

Eva worried about a musty smell wafting through her house and wondered if visitors could smell it also. One afternoon we received a call from Dave, a homeowner in Grand Ledge, MI. He informed us that he was experiencing water seepage through the foundation walls in his crawlspace. To supplement the CleanSpace, we also installed FrothPak rim joist foam insulation. This will increase the energy efficiency of Dave’s home and help lower his energy costs. With this CleanSpace encapsulation system in place, we were able to turn this wet crawlspace into a healthy, dry and usable space.
