Kevin was looking into pole support for his crawl space to ensure his foundation is safe and stable so he called Ayers for help. After our crew conducted a free inspection in order to make the proper recommendations it was determined that he needed SmartJacks. These are supplemental support systems meant for crawl space applications as they will help stabilize the home. The steel columns were attached to a support beam above and connected to a sturdy base in the floor. The steel columns will raise the floors to a level position as well. Now Kevin doesn't have to stress over his home's foundation support!

Water damage caused a customer's basement foundation wall to bow. So he called our team and we installed the GeoLock Anchor System. This system permanently stabilized the customer’s wall. In most cases it can eventually straighten the wall back to its original position. It is done by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall. This system is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to the customer’s lawn and home.

This Kalamazoo had some walls in the basement and crawl space that were starting to bowing. There wall also contained a lot of cracks in the walls which is not a good sign. We installed the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System to hault movement in the walls. This system is made up of flexible carbon fiber straps that are stronger in tension than steel. The straps are secured to the wall using a high strength resin to stabilize the wall. This system requires no exterior excavation, installs quickly, and won't impact future basement finishing.

A homeowner in Kalamazoo, MI, noticed his porch had begun to sink, causing significant concern. The 35-foot-long porch, originally built with a block foundation and some newer cement reinforcement, wasn’t holding up after he attempted to add a beam and walls to create more space. We embed heavy-duty earth anchors in stable soil outside the foundation wall. Each anchor gets connected by a steel rod to a wall plate that provides pressure against the inside of the foundation wall. Joel is relieved with this stable, permanent solution!
