While trying to sell her house, the home inspector told our customer that the basement wall was bowed 2". She called us to fix it so the house would pass inspection and sell. 

As is the case with many bowed walls, there was a leaking crack that had been poorly "sealed" in the past. We installed a FlexiSpan sealant to take care of the leak, and a PowerBrace wall reinforcement system to strengthen and straighten the wall.

Due to previous owners installing a new roof without adding the correct support, Linda and Shannon's living room floors were sagging. So, they called our team and we installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your sagging floors. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The Smart Jack system is a permanent fix to these issues. It uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization. 

A homeowner with a 1950s cottage in Michigan faced a serious challenge with their basement and crawlspaces. With dirt floors and hill soil pressing against the foundation, the north wall had started to lean, raising concerns about structural stability and year-round usability. By injecting low-rise polyurethane foam behind the panels, we reinforced the wall, filled any voids, and transferred the load to the new system, restoring stability to the cottage and making it a comfortable, secure space once again.

Our system design specialist paid them a visit and decided that the SmartJack system was the best solution. Able to support 60,000 lbs, this adjustable steel support beam system installed in a crawl space helps fix and prevent sagging floors. The beams can be raised to different heights to level the floors above. In this home, the SmartJacks were installed directly into the foundation floor, extending 3 feet tall, permanently stabilizing, lifting the home, and providing level floors.
