Foundational issues were becoming prevalent in Cody and Jasmine’s home so they called our team. We installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your sagging floors. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The SmartJack system is a permanent fix to these issues. It uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.

David was looking to get better support for his crawl space to ensure his foundation's protection. After calling Ayers we sent out our System Design Specialist to examine his crawl space. It was determined he would need SmartJacks.

SmartJacks are supplemental support systems for crawl space applications. This system will support sagging beams and floor joists. The SmartJacks are installed by attaching steel support beams to your floor joists and a sturdy base at the floor. After the posts are installed they get adjusted to raise your floors to a level position.

Thomas realized his basement walls had large, deep voids in them. The voids allowed moisture seepage, and he didn't know how to fix it, so he called Ayers for help. Our trained specialists visited his home to examine the basement and recommend a solution. They suggested Shotcrete, which applies a concrete or mortar wet spray through a high-pressure hose to fill a form or repair damaged surfaces. Thomas loves having sealed basement walls!

A large crack in this Middleville, MI retaining wall threatened the stability of the home it supported. Ayers installed GeoLock Earth Anchors to stabilize the wall and gradually restore its position. This durable system counteracts pressure and prevents further damage, giving the homeowner long-term peace of mind.

Helen recently noticed the floor in her dining room was slanted and wasn't sure how to fix it. After researching her options online, she called Ayers to learn about our foundation solutions. Our team of experts visited her home to assess the situation and provide a solution. They suggested installing SmartJacks, a system of floor jacks built to last alongside the house. Each SmartJack is hot-dipped in galvanized steel, zinc plated, and has a two-foot-deep base to reduce load-bearing stress. Helen's floor is supported now!
