Kathy was in need of foundational support for her bowing basement wall to ensure her home stays safe. She discovered that Ayers provides foundation solutions so she gave us a call. Our team concluded from the free inspection we conducted that she would need our PowerBrace solution.

With PowerBrace installed, this will correct the bowing concrete wall in her basement. Outside pressures are typically the main culprit that cause these basement walls to crack or tilt. We sent our specialists to his home, and they recommended the installation of GeoLock wall anchors. The wall anchors are made of galvanized steel and fastened to the compromised wall. A ground anchor is placed away from the house in undisturbed soil and connected to the wall anchor by a steel rod. Once the whole system is tightened, the foundation wall will be permanently stabilized. Steve feels much more comfortable in his home!

This family cottage sits right on the beach and they wanted to make sure their beloved cottage was going to last another 100 years, for generations to come.
