A family in Linden, MI moved into their brand new home in 2017. The house had been built in 2016 making them the first homeowners. Things were fine until they noticed the drywall had developed cracks. They fixed the cracks but were frustrated when more appeared later on. A homeowner in Flushing, MI requested an inspection from HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair to see if the company could level the concrete of their two-car garage. However, when Ted, the senior project manager, began the inspection, he knew this home had other concerns that would need to be addressed.
