A female homeowner in Davenport, ND had a damp and musty room in her newly constructed basement, and she wanted to get it waterproofed as soon as possible. Richie went to the homeowner's house, inspected their basement, and proposed our replacement of concrete and our SuperSump Sump Pump System. The homeowner was confident in Richie's proposal, so she signed the contract and determined a date for the installation.

Our Foreman, Cameron Phrakonekham, and his production team started the installation by installing our SuperSump Sump Pump System, followed by the discharge line. Our discharge line is designed to remove water from the sump pump. Since discharge lines should not be run into sewer systems, the only other option is to run them out into your yard. Cameron applied 136 square feet of concrete over the floor, which gives the basement a clean, finishing touch. To complete the installation, our team gave a thorough walkthrough with the homeowner and ensured all of her questions were answered. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which prevents water and mud clogs, collects leaking water from basement walls, and works hand in hand with the sump pump. Next, Ryan and his crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter, which prevents mold and humidity and gives the room a clean and bright appearance. Lastly, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump, which keeps basements dry for long periods of time and works together with the WaterGuard to pump water out of the basement. To complete the installation, Ryan and his team covered the open gaps with river rock and pea gravel and applied new concrete over it. Chad was extremely pleased with the work that was done and had a pleasant experience from start to finish!

Once the WaterGuard was in place, the crew placed the SuperSump+ near the new WaterGuard line. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. Finally, the crew attached an IceGuard to the outside discharge line. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. After the WaterGuard was installed, the crew put the new TripleSafe sump pump into place. Once the WaterGuard and TripleSafe systems were tied together, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was impressed with the transformation by the crew.
