Our Foreman, Jose, and his production team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. Our crew installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain in the trench and installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter. Our WaterGuard is an interior drainage system designed to prevent mud clogs and collect water seepage from basement walls. Our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier is designed to prevent moisture and humidity, cover any holes or divots in the foundation, and brightens the basement. Lastly, Jose and his crew installed our SmartJacks to restore the sagging floors. Our SmartJacks support sagging and undersized beams, restoring the stability and straightness of sagging floor joists. To complete the installation, our team filled the open gaps in the floor with river rock and applied new concrete over them.
