Bonny and Michael B. of Janesville, MN had water seeping through the walls of her basement, causing water damage and moisture corrosion. They saw that American Waterworks provided free estimates, so they called our office staff and schedule an on-site free inspection and estimate. Our Design Specialist, Eric Hazelton, went to their home, thoroughly inspected their problems, and came up with a solution that fit their needs and budget. Bonny and Michael got all of their questions answered and were confident in Eric's presentation, so they signed the contract and followed through with the repairs. 

Our Foreman, Edgar Miranda, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Drainage System which serves as an underground drain in connection with the sump pump, prevents water and mud clogs, and collects water leakage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our Basement to Beautiful Wall Panels around the wall perimeter. These panels provide an extra insulation protectant and comfort level for the home, they save money on energy costs, and they give the basement a neat and clean appearance. To complete the installation, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Edgar and his crew answered all of Bonny and Michael's questions, and made sure they were happy with the repairs!

Craig B. of Janesville, MN had water leaking into his basement where the wall meets the floor, as well as cracked foundation walls. Lastly, our crew installed our CarbonArmor strips along the foundation wall to reinforce the wall and prevent it from cracking. To complete the project, Tremaine and his crew filled the open gaps with rock and applied a new layer of concrete. Craig was very happy with the project and couldn't believe the transformation!
