A homeowner in West Fargo, ND, was cleaning their basement when they noticed cracks growing throughout the walls. Worried this could be a sign that their foundation was significantly damaged, the homeowner knew they needed to find a solution. Ian arrived, introduced himself to the homeowner, and started the detailed inspection. During his inspection, Ian discovered the wall showed early signs of failure and needed stabilization. Once he found the cause, he was able to come up with a solution. Ian proposed installing several GeoLock Wall Anchors along several walls, and the homeowner agreed. After the homeowner approved the plans, Ian passed the proposal to the office to give the final stamp of approval. Our logistics team built the project and then scheduled it for our Foreman, Franklin, and his crew. Next, Franklin and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Franklin and his crew began by installing 13 GeoLock Wall Anchors on three of the foundation walls. Once all the GeoLock Wall Anchors were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. Creamery-Feed Mill, Springfield Coop in Springfield, MN had failing foundation walls that needed to be stabilized. After seeing American Waterworks at their local home show, their management scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke. Next, the crew installed a full perimeter WaterGuard drainage system and our recommended TripleSafe sump pump. These products work together to ensure Richard’s basement is solid and dry! Richard was pleased with the process and glad he made the investment to protect his home.
