We were contacted by a customer inquiring about sealing his crawl space before he and his wife began the process of selling their house. Our Design Specialist went out to the property and recommend the customer invest in the purchase of a sump pump, our CleanSpace waterproofing encapsulation, and drainage floor matting along the entire floor of the crawl space. Our North Dakota-based Foreman, Cameron, installed the required fixes immediately. A homeowner in New Lisbon, WI, noticed an odd odor around their home. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner decided to do some investigating. After taking a closer look, the homeowner discovered the odor was coming from their crawl space. Our Logistics team gave the final green light, and the project was scheduled for a few months later. When the project date arrived, our crews traveled to the home to start the project. First, the crew began by making sure the crawl space was ready for installation. Next, the crew shifted to installing the SmartJacks. Once the SmartJacks were secured, the crew laid Drainage Matting on the floors. Then, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space floors. To fix this issue, Eric recommended SmartDrain, a plumbing leak system that drains water away to a dry well, CleanSpace,  a vapor wall barrier, Drainage Matting, an extremely durable matting that creates a drainage space and thermal break between CleanSpace and the ground, Foamax, an insulation foam that helps control humidity levels, and SmartJack, that raises the floor back to where it originally was. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and scheduled the installation date. 

In about a month, our Foreman, Jesus C., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They installed 1 SmartDrain, 504 sqft of CleanSpace, 418 sqft of Drainage Matting, 210 sqft of Foamax, and 1 SmartJack. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

It is a useful piece of material in the process to keep any crawl space dry. Next, Cole and his team installed 1,596 feet of our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which keeps away odors, mold, termites, cockroaches, mice, and other pests that need excess moisture to survive.
