Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Chuck. As soon as Chuck arrived at the home, he started the radon test. Next, Chuck passed the plans along to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. Our Logistics team built and scheduled the project, then it was sent to our assigned Foreman, Dakota. A few weeks later, Dakota traveled to the home to install the radon mitigation system. First, Dakota inspected the areas where the system would be placed. Next, Dakota went ahead and installed the radon mitigation system. After the Radon Mitigation System was secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Once the project date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Kiko and his crew installed WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Then, the crew attached the GeoLock Wall Anchors to the struggling foundation walls. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Jordan K. of Holcombe, WI wanted to have their crawl space encapsulated. Our Foreman, Kiko, and his production team installed 640 feet of our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier, 400 feet of our Foamax Wall Panels, and our SmartDrain to fully waterproof the crawl space. Our vapor barrier is made to prevent mold, mildew, and rot while saving money on energy costs, and it provides more storage space. Our Foamax Wall Panels is a special foam insulation that brightens the crawl space and prevents water moisture from seeping through.
