Our Foreman, Raul B., and his crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard, which is an interior drainage system that prevents mud clogs and collects water leakage from basement walls. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which is designed to prevent water from seeping through the walls and save money on energy costs. To complete the project, our crew filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them.

After the Drainage Matting was laid, Lane and his crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished crawl space floors and walls. Finally, the crew installed Foamax on the crawl space walls. Lane and his crew completed the crawl space encapsulation, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the transformation by the crew. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Finally, Raul and his crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The discharge line was installed in the yard and they replaced the concrete in the basement. The process only took one day to complete, and Tom is glad he made the investment to protect his basement.
