To fix this issue, Eric recommended SmartDrain, a plumbing leak system that drains water away to a dry well, CleanSpace,  a vapor wall barrier, Drainage Matting, an extremely durable matting that creates a drainage space and thermal break between CleanSpace and the ground, Foamax, an insulation foam that helps control humidity levels, and SmartJack, that raises the floor back to where it originally was. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and scheduled the installation date. 

In about a month, our Foreman, Jesus C., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They installed 1 SmartDrain, 504 sqft of CleanSpace, 418 sqft of Drainage Matting, 210 sqft of Foamax, and 1 SmartJack. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

After taking a closer look, the homeowner discovered the odor was coming from their crawl space. First, the crew began by making sure the crawl space was ready for installation. Next, the crew shifted to installing the SmartJacks. Once the SmartJacks were secured, the crew laid Drainage Matting on the floors. Then, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl space floors. Once the debris was cleared, Roel and his crew were able to lay the Drainage Matting down. Once the Drainage Matting was laid, the crew shifted their focus to installing CleanSpace on the basement floor and an inch up the foundation walls. Roel and his crew successfully encapsulated the entire crawl space, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
