Sunken Concrete Steps Raised in Ostrander, MN

Steve in Ostrander, MN had sunken and uneven steps that were causing a safety hazard and detracting from the beauty of his home. He contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so our Design Specialist, Kevin Kreofsky, went onsite to provide him with an inspection and solution. Steve was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel foam solution is faster, less invasive and more durable than traditional concrete repair.

Our PolyLevel expert, Jared Wroblewski, and his assistant drilled small holes into the concrete and injected the polymer foam until the steps were raised back to their original position. Then, they sealed the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro joint sealant and cleaned their work area. This process only took a couple of hours to complete, and now Steve can enjoy a beautiful and safe front porch for years to come!

Sinking Driveway in Dover, MN

Mark K. in Dover, MN had a sunken driveway that he had tripped on numerous times. He started looking for repair options and he came across American Waterworks’ website. He was interested in learning more about our PolyLevel concrete repair option, so he contacted us for a FREE estimate. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Brian Ramirez to his home to inspect his concrete and provide him with a personalized solution. Mark was happy to learn that PolyLevel is faster, less invasive, and more durable than traditional mudjacking, so he scheduled to have his concrete lifted.

Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete and injected the polymer foam until the concrete slabs were raised and even with the garage floor. Then, they filled back the small holes with concrete and sealed the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro joint sealant. The process only took a couple of hours to complete. This eliminated Mark’s trip hazard and now he can enjoy a beautiful concrete driveway for years to come!

Uneven Concrete Garage Slab in Mondovi, MN

A homeowner in Mondovi, MN reached out to American Waterworks because they were interested in our PolyLEVELing systems to raise their sunken concrete garage approach, their sidewalk to leading to the front porch as well as the slab near the rear door to the garage.  American Waterworks was able to lift each slab without any complications and the homeowner was thrilled.

Struggling Sidewalk Fixed in Mondovi, WI

A homeowner in Mondovi, WI, knew it was time to have their concrete inspected. The homeowner had heard great things about our company and services, so they decided to take a closer look at what we can offer. After reviewing our concrete services, the homeowner knew we were the company for them. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was finalized, the homeowner waited for one of our Design Specialists, Chuck. Once Chuck arrived, he began his estimate on the sidewalk. It did not take Chuck long to discover the root of the issue, soil settlement. Chuck warned the homeowner that the issue would progress if the sidewalk was not lifted and leveled. After thinking about it, the homeowner decided to follow through with Chuck's recommendations. Our Forman, Sam and his crew were assigned to complete the tasks. As soon as they arrived, Sam and his crew began installing the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and driveway. Once the PolyLevel was fully installed, the crew shifted their focus to cleaning out and replacing the joints with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. After all the joints and cracks were repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowners rejoiced to know their sidewalk was repaired. American Waterworks is glad to lift and level another struggle sidewalk. 

Driveway Concerns in Eau Claire, WI

A homeowner in Eau Claire, WI was mowing her yard and noticed that the driveway looked a little off. After looking a bit closer, she found that it was slightly sunken in and the joints in between the concrete slabs had grown bigger. She decided to do some research on a solution rather than wait and have the problems grow over time. Foreman Troy Johnson and his crew later arrived at the site for the installations. To lift and level the driveway, the crew used PolyLevel, and to fill in the concrete slab joints they used NexusPro sealant. The homeowner was thrilled to have a leveled and smooth driveway again and thanked our staff for their work.
