An employee that worked in the Winger Council Chambers building in Winger, MN had recently noticed some damaged concrete areas to a monument across the street. She figured it was time to look into concrete repairs to prevent the damage from getting worse and to refresh the overall look of the monument. Rob B. of Winsted, MN had a two-inch stoop on his front porch, and he wanted to get it lifted and repaired rather than replaced.
