A homeowner in Ottertail, MN had noticed the concrete around their home began sinking causing the area to become uneven and bumpy. Concerned it would be a trip hazard, the homeowner began searching for concrete lifting in the area and found us. The homeowner then contacted our Appointment Specialist to schedule their FREE estimate. 

In less than a week, one of our Design Specialists arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, we noticed signs of soil washout, a process where water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils, keeping the slabs upright. To lift the slabs back to their original position, our Design Specialist recommended PolyLevel, our foam solution, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant, to repair the cracks and joints. In about a month, our Foreman, Charlie C., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began drilling small holes into the concrete slabs. Next, PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab, lifting it back to its original position. After this, the crew sealed the holes and applied NexusPro along the cracks and joints.
