Kyle saw that the patio was falling due to the soil not being properly packed underneath the patio. Once he found the cause, Kyle recommended lifting and leveling the concrete to fill the voids. In addition to the lift, Kyle suggested filling the joints and cracks. The homeowners agreed and the production plans were sent to our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew. When they arrived, the crew began by inserting the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the patio. Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew filled the cracks and joints with the NexusPro, a silicone-based solution.
