A business owner from Black River Falls, WI, had received several complaints from tenants in the community about a few areas where concrete had sunken, creating trip hazards. Not wanting anyone to take a tumble, he decided to search for a company to restore his concrete. On the recommendation of a friend, he decided to call American Waterworks and set up his FREE estimate, and a few weeks later our Design Specialist headed out to the property. 

Once our Design Specialist concluded his inspection, he informed the business owner that we could easily address the sinking concrete with our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam, expands when it's injected beneath concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the slab back into place. He went on to say that our process is finished with the application of our NexusPro. Silicone-based, our NexusPro is a sealant that gets applied to all cracks and joints in the lifted concrete to ensure no elements get below the slab. The business owner agreed and work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later. 

On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Ryan, and his team had the sunken concrete lifted and sealed in no time. Now our customer is thrilled to know that his tenants can enjoy trip-free concrete!

After the PolyLevel was fully installed, the crew shifted their focus to filling the joints using the NexusPro Joint Sealant. Once the driveway was raised and fully repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their driveway was properly repaired.
