Gary promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During the inspection, Gary confirmed the concrete was sinking and leading to uneven slabs. Gary recommended installing PolyLevel to lift the slabs back into place. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Gary's recommendations. Next, Gary passed the proposal to our Logisitcs team to build and finalize the project. Our Logistics team built the project and then scheduled it with our Foreman, Patrick. A few weeks later, Patrick and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Patrick and his crew started by installing PolyLevel underneath the sinking sidewalk. Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew shifted to taking out the old joints and replacing them with NexusPro. As soon as all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent work completed by the crew. A homeowner from Saint Paul, MN, was in the process of upgrading his outdoor patio. One obstacle in the way of the revamp was the patio itself. The concrete patio had been slowly sinking for a few years now, and the homeowner was ready to update the space, meaning the concrete would need work. During his search for a company that could help, he found the American Waterworks website. After our Design Specialist finished his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give him our recommendations. Our Design Specialist explained that we could lift the sunken patio using our PolyLevel method. Our PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. He went on to say that we finished our concrete lifts by installing our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro works to keep unwanted debris and moisture away from the slab. The homeowner agreed with the recommendations and the work was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later.

He also explained to the homeowner that one of the common causes of a sinking concrete is soil washout. When it heavily rains or floods, the water moves through the ground beneath the concrete slabs. The water then washes out the supporting soils, eventually leading to gaps underneath the slab. The homeowner was grateful for Kyle's explanation and decided to move forward with the project. Kyle's design was then sent to our Foreman, Ryan T.

In about a week, Ryan and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by drilling small holes into the concrete slabs. Injection ports are then installed, and PolyLevel is injected beneath the concrete slab. Once the slab has been lifted, the crew makes sure that it is level before sealing the holes with concrete. Lastly, the crew seals the joints with our long-lasting, high-durability NexusPro. After everything was completed, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
