Stephani and Alan S. of Hokah, MN had uneven concrete next to their house and wanted to get it raised and stabilized. Our Design Specialist, Rick Weber, went to their home to inspect the concrete and come up with a solution. Stephani and Alan moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, and his production team injected our PolyLevel, a dense and quick curing foam, beneath the concrete to fill the gaps and raise the surface. The project was done within a couple hours and the homeowners were able to use their concrete the day of!

A homeowner in Mondovi, MN reached out to American Waterworks because they were interested in our PolyLEVELing systems to raise their sunken concrete garage approach, their sidewalk to leading to the front porch as well as the slab near the rear door to the garage.  American Waterworks was able to lift each slab without any complications and the homeowner was thrilled.

Once the estimate was finalized, the homeowner waited for one of our Design Specialists, Chuck. Once Chuck arrived, he began his estimate on the sidewalk. Sam and his crew traveled to the home and started the project. First, they inserted PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the affected concrete. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew could shift their focus to filling the large crack near the front door. To fill the crack, the crew utilized NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After the crack was repaired, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was glad to know that water was no longer pooling near their home. After all the slabs were lifted, the crew shifted to replacing and repairing the joints throughout with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. As soon as all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their sidewalk was properly lifted and leveled back to its original place.
