Concrete Repair in La Crosse, WI
Brent F., a resident of La Crosse, WI had a settling and cracked pool deck, and he wanted to get it repaired before it got any worse. He conducted research on Google and came across American Waterworks and our concrete lifting and repair services. He called our office and scheduled a FREE estimate. Our concrete Design Specialist went to his home, inspected his pool deck, and proposed the solution of our NexusPro and PolyLevel. Brent was confident in our products and their warranties, so he signed the proposal.
Our Foreman and crew member began the project by injecting our PolyLevel underneath the pool deck surface. Our PolyLevel is designed to stabilize and raise the concrete surface and fill the voids underneath the slab caused by soil erosion. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the crack, which is designed to prevent moisture from invading the soil beneath the slab, and it gives the pool deck a neat and fresh appearance. To complete the project, our Foreman gave a thorough walkthrough with Brent and ensured he was happy with the work.

Sinking Concrete Stairs Get Transformed in La Crosse, WI
A couple from La Crosse, WI, were growing tired of their sinking stoop leading up to their front door. Not only was the sinking slab an eyesore, but it was creating a nasty trip hazard. Not wanting the issue to get any worse, the couple decided to begin the search for a company that could restore the concrete. After seeing our print ad in a local shopper, they decided to call us and set up their FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Ross, headed out to the home.
Once Ross finished his walkthrough, he met with the couple to give them his recommendation. Ross informed them that their sinking concrete could be remedied with our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solution. Our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion, and slowly lifting the slab back into place. Ross went on to say that our lifting process is completed with the installation of NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints of the concrete, preventing any unwanted moisture from getting below the slab. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later.
On the day of the installation, our Foreman, Dylon, headed out to the home. He was able to lift the front stairs back to their desired location. Now, our customers are thrilled to know that they no longer need to worry about trip hazards or diminishing curb appeal!
